Heather Martin
Heather is a fifth-generation Arizonian with extensive experience working in the Phoenix metro area. Originally from Tucson, AZ, she relocated to Mesa, AZ during high school and later attended Northern Arizona University. Heather has a deep passion for both the commercial and residential real estate markets. She always prioritizes her clients' best interests and focuses on the potential of a property to gain equity over time. Heather recognizes that real estate is not only a means to build generational wealth, but also a place to call home. Her ultimate goal as a real estate agent is to alleviate the stress of the home-buying process for her clients and provide them with peace of mind. Witnessing the excitement in her clients' eyes when she hands them the keys to their new home is a moment that brings Heather immense joy.
When she's not working, Heather values quality time with her husband, children, extended family, and three dogs. She enjoys unwinding by camping or relaxing at the beach. For Heather, family is everything.

Jim Martin
Originally from New York, Jim Martin moved to Phoenix while in High School. Jim has been an active member of the community for over 40 years and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in Scottsdale with its unmatched beauty, and culture. Jim bought his first home at age 22 before starting and running a successful business for 30 years. During that time Jim negotiated many contracts. Jim is a proud member of the LPT Realty family, bringing years of real estate experience to guide you through one of the biggest investments of your life. Nathan Martin

Nathan is a student at Arizona State University. He specializes in residential real estate around the ASU area as well as assisting with any leasing needs his clients have. His experience and knowledge of the university area is a great benefit when searching for student housing. Nathan really cares about making a difference. As a real estate agent, his first priority is to make sure his clients are satisfied and comfortable with the real estate process.
